Weightlifters with smaller body frames and weights were often at a disadvantage for the total weight they could lift compared to their larger and heavier counterparts. I had hand surgery - great experience from beginning to end. They exhibit these traits not only to their patients, but to each other as well. I really think if the board of directors would have to spend any amount of time on these things they to would be in a great hurry to leave before they are ready. Nevertheless, I just wanted to say thanks for the progressive Olympic lifting program that you taught at the double wing symposium way back. As a former manager of people, I know it is nearly impossible to assemble a group of people into a team that functions this way. , Amazing care!!!!! The entire staff from admitting to discharge was very friendly and helpful. There was also a PT who came in to make sure I knew how to use my crutches and such after surgery and a tech who did my vitals. Today, he received a personal card from his wonderful O.H.O.W. My Doctor was amazing and would answer any and all questions (even all my stupid questions).Everything during my stay here went above and beyond what i had hoped. The clean and jerk lift requires the athlete to lift the weighted bar from the floor, catch the bar in front of the body on the shoulders and then press the weighted bar overhead.
