Managed to thaw, dry, and ignite a patch of grass under the stove. Of course, this only applies to gathered end hammocks. Thank you for the in depth review! Just looking for a hot tent for winter in northern Iowa/ southern MN. The footprint I received was brown and orange, and doesn't appear to be made out of the woven, sealed, tarp-like material that traditionally makes up the floor or footprint of a tent. If you go with Hennessy, bought from Hennessy, I suggest upgrading the standard tarp - like the one that comes with the Explorer - to their Hex tarp. We got to get the border open again. This tent is intended to be transported by a vehicle or sled and the weight reflects that.
If you lengthen the hammock and RL, keep the sag the same, then the hammock hangs deeper, and closer to the ground if hung at the same height - a bit looser is good for comfort, but a bit more rounded drop is not so good. Obviously I think they are going through growing pains but Id feel the same in your shoes. So now I have days of sending info and emails just to make my point. Although im shocked to find you think LUXE is a more established brand. Nothing wrong with starting with a Hennessy; a lot of us have. I bought a cheap, gathered end hammock on Amazon and took it on a canoe camping trip (with my tent/cot setup as a backup). If so, what did you think of it? I've pretty much settled on the fact the people with my condition can't handle the Amok due to the pad, or a bridged hammok due to the more flat style. , POMOLY Wolf Den 2.0TC - Lonewolf 902, , , POMOLYYouTubeLonewolf902Jeremy , THEWOLFDEN Bushcraft Tarpaulin. 5-7 So far I admit haven't seen any glaring problems.
