Max holds a B.S. No sound, Sound bar turned off on its own and now wont turn back on. Does the same time with the blue tooth . volume will go up or down then goes into mute setting and will not do anything unless pull power source and then volume will work then instantly goes to mute, we keep getting a message saying that our speaker is connected do you want to send the network information to our TV. We can reduce the volume on the remote, but it takes itself back up to volmax as soon as you stop pressing the button. Check the audio out settings on your TV. Never had any problems with my soundbar until the other day. Some commercials are softer, but not all. That would be one starting point. The soundbar will not power on. From there you would need to connect one end of another HDMI cable to the HDMI OUT on the speaker, and the other end of that cable to the HDMI IN on the TV. Make sure none of the connectors are loose. Samsung sound bars are relatively painless to hook up, and even support HDMI pass-through so you can route sound from a video device directly through the sound bar and into the TV. Ensure that you're within the range where the remote control can communicate with the Samsung sound bar. Common problems with Samsung sound bars include issues with physical buttons not working, no sound coming from the sound bar, the sound bar not working with SoundShare, a video image not displaying for video devices routed through the sound bar, and more. I have a Samsung tv as well. Try switching between different modes on your TV and try using SoundShare again. I'm only asking because if you're only experiencing this with an over-the-air antenna and you just moved to a new place, the signal probably just isn't good. What does that mean?
