When I changed this to my actual keyboard I couldnt login, so I realized I had set my password with an incorrect keyboard during setup. 'login' command returns the error, sudo just tells me my password is incorrect. I figured it was the password it asked for usb debugging but it says "sorry try again", sudo doesn't ask for root password by default - it asks for current user password instead.
