The Lehigh Valley Boys Summer Basketball League got underway last week with games on Tuesday and Thursday. We begin practicing in early March and the season runs through mid- June. Organizations, if they have not already done so, will need to create an account, receive approval, and then register their team before the start of the program. Tryouts will be necessary if volunteers are unwilling to coach Travel League Teams. Games are played on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6, 7 and 8 p.m. Absences disrupt the development of the team. This program will teach the basics with a goal to have light scrimmages played toward the end of the program.
