Acro dance is an art form that incorporates the fluid movements of dance with exciting acrobatic tricks. Jazz dancing is stylized, energetic, and fun! Do it right, Oxygen All Stars from September will offer Acro program to our studio that actually educates, has a strict curriculum and has been implemented with a proven formula. It is a genre of dance which incorporates elements of gymnastics, jazz, balancing, tumbling, and basic contortion. Acrobatic Arts Syllabus Exams available for students enrolled in full-season Acro classes and upon the recommendation of their instructor. RAD Syllabus Exams are available and students are recommended for exam participation by their instructor. Examinations also provide quality control checks for AMR instructors to ensure proper training is being given to our students. Extra practices wouldbe scheduled & approved ahead of time.

Ballet develops discipline and technique that is essential to all forms of dance, as well as safe posture, placement, and alignment of the skeletal system. Students learn Acrobatic tricks such as handstands, cartwheels, chest stands, elbow stands, walkovers, side and front aerials and tumbling. Acro teaches students the safe execution (entry and exit) of inverted skills (think tumbling, cartwheels, headstands, handsprings, and more) to add dynamic elements to their core dance expression.
