I have spent thousands of $$$ there trying to clean up her infected ear. She has an amazing ability to put you at ease Dr. Howze is an exceptional vet. So I am now stuck with a big bag of dry cat food that I cannot use (guess I will donate it). I saw Dr Minton today(might be spelling that incorrectly) she was excellent with my English Bulldog Tank. They have been absolutely wonderful to us and every vet that we have seen has been amazing.
The staff is nice and friendly and very helpful with questions related to our pets' health even if we're not actually patients there. So even if you live a little bit further away I recommend you take the drive because you will not be disappointed with the service, care and attention that you will receive. I was trying to post and answer my phone call at the same time but failed. I absolutely amazing placer animals. My cat was diagnosed with diabetes and Dr. Scholl treated my cat as if it was her own. My cat had a life threatening ailment, and they did everything they could to help us both out! A neighbor told me about Chickasaw Trail so I decided to bring them there. We have gone through several emergencies with our dogs and Dr. Minton has always made us feel supported and like she really cares about our pets- and even us. my cat is not good at the vet whatsoever and they were still so gentle and caring with him. I have all the bills and misdiagnosis to prove this. They were beyond wonderful. The facility is always clean and has a nice waiting area. Every single staff member was amazing but I have to give my 5 stars mostly to Dr. Gillispie, her empathy and compassion is beyond words and I would highly recommend this animal hospital. Enjoyed working here. Our dog is 11 years old and has been cared for by one vet the entire time. This practice makes you and your fur babies feel like family! THEY GAVE ME A TRIAL!!!! Tonks has had many medical issues over the past year and I have been to many vets before finding this location. Fast forward to now when we have two dogs in addition to the cat. Oops. Boarded a dog got everything we needed done too. We spent almost 2 hrs with her waiting 4 lab results she was so thorough and ruled out pancreatitis Bella has had before! near tears i took her to the clo i found a very old, small dog walking in the heat in the middle of the road. I asked her if I could mix it with some canned (urinary) food, but I did not know how much. Great care, the latest in technology and treatments, a real class act! I called Chickasaw Trail Animal Hospital, and even though I had never been there before, they told me to bring him right over. We have always received top service here, and caring, compassionate vets. They really work with you when it comes to the bill and make you feel comfortable about each procedure. Dr. Howze worked hard to try and save and revive my second cat, Nat, when he contracted a sudden infection at a young age. Since then, our pet family has grown. My cat had to be held over night for close observation due to a respiratory infection and to stabilize his diabetes and this animal hospital not only treated his respiratory infection and stabilized his diabetes but called us everyday he was there to let us know how he was progressing in his treatment. I Dr. G has been working with my dog tonks since January and I could not be more happy. since i could not bring the dog home they offered to take care of the situation. They take the best care of our pets. I can not speak highly enough about this place and Dr. Minton. After reading all the local reviews, I decided to bring my girls to Chickasaw. I hope they all know what a difference they made in a sad situation. Dr. Howze is an exceptional vet. Great service. Our dogs are not afraid to walk through the clinic doors. He had an emergency surgery and doctor Howze and doctor Chown were amazing. In fact, tails often wag when they see their vet.

We had to make the tough decision of letting our girl cross the rainbow bridge and the compassion and sympathy we received from the entire office was out of this world. Our pups wake up after surgery quickly and fully recover. Even though it was almost closing hours, the caring front office staff got us in promptly. Sly was put on urinary dry food (the stuff the former vet was giving him, made him sick), he is not thrilled about it (it takes time to get used to it). Privacy Policy We are disappointed. Every doc, tech, is wonderful. Only concern is actual wait time, seems to be roughly 20-30 minutes more than anticipated Staff is always really friendly and knowledgeable. Having moved around often, I've been blessed to have met many wonderful vets in my life, but I've quite honestly never been happier with veterinary care than I have here at Chickasaw Trail. I love this place. The get went the extra mile for our eldest cat (my baby) and I will never forget that. I doubt he could be in any better hands. My husband handled the drop-off and reported that everything went smoothly. We can in panic one afternoon my dog was looking weak , they saw us immediately and with in 30 minutes they did emergency surgery. Dr. Howze has cared for my current oldest cat, Scamp, since he and Nat were kittens in 2001 and is currently helping him adjust to a new life with thyroid disease and only one working kidney.
I was there with my dog and everyone treated us very well. They took him straight back and treated him immediately. Offers humane options for end-of-life care, often including euthanasia. That morning I called several Animal hospitals but they were all full since it was a Monday and last min. The price came out to exactly what I was quoted on the phone (hooray for no added expenses!). She explained every diagnosis and treatment plan, answered every question and called to follow-up after each appointment. I have driven the distance to take my "furry children" here. This is the most amazing vet I have ever been to or dealt with. You went well beyond whats required of you. They have been absolutely wonderful to us and every vet that we have seen has been amazing. She loves everybody there though. Even with a restricted diet for about a month, her ear began to improve but was too swollen and too infected for medicine to get down into the ear.
