Our parties are for 3-12 year olds.

Larger parties can be catered for as we have extra staff who can be on hand to help support us with our activities, but we find that sometimes big parties can be overwhelming for the children and smaller parties mean that everyone gets the most out of their time with us.

You do not have to have facilitators for the entire party, but you must have enough adult chaperones for any portion that is not facilitated (suggested: no more than 8 kids per adult chaperone).

*These are the only locations where food and drink are allowed. Thank you for everything!

You MUST clean up and leave the site as you found it immediately following the party, or you will be charged an additional $50 fee. Birthday parties at the Nature Discovery Center include reserved use of our outdoor Pavilion Area (see map) for a 2 hour party with your guests, as well as one party option of your choice (see below). We offer a variety of nature themed party programs, from Nature Walks to fun with rabbits.

Participants will spend time with our hosts as they hear about each of the featured animals, their habitat and special characteristics. Birthday Parties may only be scheduled by current NDC Members at Wildlife Family level or higher.

Celebrate your childs birthday with family and friends at the Nature Discovery Center. Each additional guest is priced at $10 per person. We have tarpaulins we can tie up in the trees if we need respite from the rain.

Unless the weather poses a threatening situation, parties are not permitted inside the Nature Center, except as part of a reserved program.
