I am an alumni of Bradford County Schools, graduating from Bradford HIgh in 1977. I am a graduate of Santa Fe College, University of Florida, and Nova University - where I received a Master degree in Reading, and a Specialist degree in Educational Leadership. I will be actively involved with regular visits to all schools and cost centers; listening and talking to teachers, employees, and students; providing support and promoting the positive successes that are taking place within our schools. During the COVID pandemic, as attendance was limited at Board of Education meetings, Decatur Public Schools modified long-standing procedures to allow public commenters to submit written comments to be read during Board meetings.
